Prague City Tours

A very nice guided tour with a lovely narrator in the city center of Prague. She answered all our questions and we learned a lot about the legends and the history of Prague!

We had a great time and Lenka did a phenomenal job providing a spooky tour through Prague. We loved everything. The professionalism, good timing, interesting stories, friendly atmosphere. We were so lucky to have a small group, actually only 4 of us was the group. 😊 The content of the walk was well organised and our guide was super kind and intelligent. We are very grateful to spend the night time together and choose your group.

This tour was an amazing way to really see the castle and hear its stories. Our guide was so knowledgable about the history which he related in such an interesting and at times quite entertaining way. At the end of the day, we knew that we had seen everything we should thanks to a great tour and guide. A real bonus was the bus ride and commentary of the history as we travelled up to the castle. it would be helpful to know that the boat trip departs from Pier 17 which is quite a walk from the bridge, especially on a hot afternoon.

The tour was great. But headout the company was terrible. After purchasing the tickets (while being at the castle) I was emailed that the start location is in a different part of town. Customer service was poor. It was automated AI junk without a live representative. When the system stated it was getting a live person it never did. Phone support went unanswered as well--literally just kept ringing without an answer.
