    Our guide was very informative about all the buildings and areas we toured! It was great having the bus take the group together up to the castle as a group. The castle has so much history and it's absolutely beautiful. A must see while in Prague!!!

    A very nice guided tour with a lovely narrator in the city center of Prague. She answered all our questions and we learned a lot about the legends and the history of Prague!

    We had a great time and Lenka did a phenomenal job providing a spooky tour through Prague. She personalized our tour since we were new to the city and covered all the basics in addition to sharing fascinating legends and myths about Prague. We would definitely book with this service again!     The tour was great. But headout the company was terrible. After purchasing the tickets (while being at the castle) I was emailed that the start location is in a different part of town. Customer service was poor. It was automated AI junk without a live representative. When the system stated it was getting a live person it never did. Phone support went unanswered as well--literally just kept ringing without an answer.
