Very attentive guide. Enrico was charismatic and spoke Spanish easily. The company was on time and the bus was comfortable.
The guide in Pompeii was also attentive and very informative.

Everything was exceptional - tour leader, tour guide, driver, lunch, but I was really disapointed in only panoramic tour of Naples because that wasn't mentioned. I asumed it would be at least a short walk through the city, as it was stated on the website that we can 'enjoy shops and restaurants'.

The good and efficient organization. The safe drivers. A little more time in Pompeii would be good as there is a lot to see. The introduction was a bit hectic but OK.

Very well organized day. We were able to visit all 3 sites, without having to rush for Herculanum and Mount Vesuvius. For pompei, they show us the places to visit and the time allotted. Don't forget good shoes, as you'll be walking a lot. The team was top-notch. They even spoke a little French, even though we weren't supposed to. Audioguide for herculanum and pompei in French. Very nice!

Imma and Dominico were wonderful. However, some things could be better. I booked the tour to see Positano and Sorrento, but we didn't go.yo either town. Also. It would be better if we could choose what we want for lunch instead of set optiins. I decided to order the pizza instead and just paid extra for it.

Our driver Alessandro was very attentive and let us know where to take the best photos. Also suggested a best place to have lunch.

The trip went very well. Time on site was minimal, but we were able to get an idea of what these cities were like. The audio guide in Pompeii was not intuitive at all, so I gave up listening to it and concentrated on the visit. Very well organized guide!
