Booking tickets where really easy to book and pay for, details sent through straight away. The cable car experience is fantastic and great value for money, the ease of moving around and getting from one car to another is done really well, we had trouble getting on line to show our tickets, but this was sorted by one of the staff. The views are absolutely fantastic and each time you move your head there is a different image. Great day out

I won't do it again. Everything I don't like about a zoo. Difficulty scanning the qr code at the entrance via cell phone. Clean place but not well signposted in the park to make the walk easier. Small animal enclosures. No terrace for drinks or food. Nothing in French.

The zoo is wonderful with large, natural animal enclosures. We especially enjoyed the large aviaries where we could walk inside among the birds.

It was so easy to get to and use the tickets straight from my phone. Very stroller friendly and the views where incredible!

Booked via the Internet and everything worked out. In the Alpine Zoo, the scanner had some problems but that was solvable. Everything was great and the weather was great and the view from the Hafele. I will do it again. The Alpenzoo but rather outside the holidays......

Very easy to get tickets and affordable. 45 minutes to get to the top via the tram and cable cars but it's in 15 minute intervals. The view from the top is totally worth it, especially you can see peaks beyond Innsbruck in multiple directions that are in Italy, France, Switzerland and Germany. Definitely recommend. The view is worth it and the stops on the way as well

The city is beautiful and diverse (nature culture). What bothered me was that it was difficult to figure out what a welcome card and what an Innsbruck card is and offers. And then there are also summer and winter offers...quite confusing....
