The hop on hop off bus was great. We had friends visiting from the US and it was great for giving them a good overall sense of the city. Our tour guides were great and we bought discounted tickets for the CN tower and Ripley's Aquarium from them. We only got off the bus at the CN tower and then on again to finish the tour. We only waited about 15 minutes for the bus. It was great.

We hopped on 3 different buses during the day. The guides were all very good, especially Pietra. Was a good way to see the city. Some of the headphone sockets on the bus didn't work and we had to wait over 45 minutes for a bus at one of the stops, hence 4 stars not 5.

I really liked that the English-only tour has a live guide—you can ask questions, and they’re great about pointing out things along the way. They also pay attention to safety, like warning passengers about low branches on the upper deck. The only downside was that the bus didn’t make a final stop at Union Station. A lot of us, including myself, were left trying to figure out how to get back there. It would be much better if the tour ended at Union Station.

A great way to see Toronto. You can get on & off throughout the day. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Lucy was a fantastic guide. Very informative & answered all my questions.

Stop was across the road from our hotel and buses frequent enough to allow short and longer stops. Route gave plenty of variety of attractions to see.
