The lady at Slow Tours ticket office was super helpful. Both Uffizzi and Pitti palace were superb. We enjoyed the Boboli Gardens too but did not have enough time to complete them.

Exemplary was the responsiveness, adaptability and flexibility of the agency.

The Pitti palace was incredible- what a magnificent building and art, architecture and history. It was like stepping back in time ! The view over Florence from the Bobbi gardens was well worth the climb.

A visit to the Uffizi is always great nourishment for the mind and heart. There was not a long line at the entrance but having the ticket in advance and a defined entrance time helps to plan the day. The security check system at the entrance was streamlined and we enjoyed our visit. Perhaps a bit too many people but by booking the visit on the holiday we were prepared.
