What’s not allowed

• You cannot change your boarding or drop-off point on the day of the tour. You must use the meeting point selected at the time of booking.

• You must follow the fixed itinerary and return to the bus at the designated departure time after each stop.

• Leaving the tour midway without informing staff will be treated as a voluntary withdrawal and is not eligible for a refund.

• Parking or unscheduled stops outside designated tour locations are not permitted.

• This is a shared bus tour with round-trip transfers from JR Tokyo Station Marunouchi North Exit or Shinjuku MODE Gakuen, based on the option selected.

• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure, as the bus will leave on time and late arrivals will not be accommodated.

• A driver and tour leader will accompany the group and coordinate transportation and schedule management.

• Entry tickets to attractions such as Shinjuku Gyoen are not included and must be purchased separately on site.
