It was handy to have a ticket that included transportation. On the other hand, the explanations concerning this particular service were not up to date and cost us two hours. No need to go to a ticket office, this ticket is a train ticket. It's at the Château that you need to obtain the physical ticket, and this is done simply by showing the QR code at the cash desk. And this ticket doesn't include the exhibition Les riches Heures du Duc de Berry, so you have to pay extra if you want to see it, which was our driving force for going to see the Château as far as we were concerned. You can pay on site or in advance via the Château's website.Romy

The ticket with the entrance to the castle made ut so much easier. We really skipped the line to validate the tickets whixh was so helpful. However you should find a way to precise which gate to go to since we got lost and we had to wait an hour for the second train to come.Erika

Very nice visit to the castle. Maybe we lacked information that we had to walk from the train station to the castle, it was not clear. The rest was fine
