Purchasing tickets was quick and easy. Entering the park went smoothly using our e-tickets and we actually managed to get great parking. The line was short and everything went smoothly. We had a fabulous day and were able to ride everything we wanted...some rides even multiple times! I would definitely use Headout again the next time we go! Thank you! Heather T.

We had a lot of fun; the rides and facilities were in perfect condition, and the park staff were always friendly and attentive to our safety, giving us clear instructions. We loved that it wasn’t too sunny—that really helped us explore the whole park—and the lines to get on the rides weren’t as long as they’ve been on other occasions. The entertainment girls earned an A+ for the refreshing spray they gave us with the water guns!!! The parking lot was super spacious and everything was very clean. Thanks for the water coolers with cold water located throughout the park—they really help beat the heat. Highly recommended.

I live in Charleston and drop up to Carrowinds for a day out with my friends. When we finally got to Carrowinds I realized I forgot to buy a ticket. I panicked thinking I'd have to pay extra at the gate or that the process would take long and hold my friends up. Even though I didn't know how to use them, it gave us great perks to use at Carowinds. Despite the downpour of rain, we primarily went for a couple of swims, had pretzels with blue raspberry lemonade, lunch, went to the Snoopy Camp for a bit and got my daughter's face painted. It might take a while, but we'd love to go again.

It was $9 cheaper than the Carowinds website itself, and the tickets were delivered immediately. Must've picked a good day to go because there were no lines, so I really feel like I got the fast lane experience.

What’s not allowed

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the park.

Loose articles are not permitted on most rides and should be left with non-riders or secured in lockers. Cell phones, keys, wallets, or other small items must be secured in cargo pockets or zippered jacket pockets. All loose articles which cannot be secured must be left in a locker or with a non-rider prior to entering the queue.
