If you have any existing health condition, as a precaution, it is recommended that you consult your doctor. If you are pregnant, you can enjoy almost all the relaxing treatments. Pressure treatments are not recommended.

For safety reasons, children under the age of 3 and people with external injuries, bandages and/or cast are not allowed to enter Caldea.

Children aged under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult (at least one adult for every 2 children).

Premium admission is not permitted for people under 16 years of age.
