CoupleVerified booking2 days ago5/5There are 3 boats that heads out for the Bruny island cruise. Apparently i'm the weakest link since i puke my guts out during the ride. But that is on me. The whole trip itself was nice. Our guide from Hobart and our Bruny cruise guides are amazing they are full of knowledge and attentive. We didnt exactly saw Southern Right Whale as they are quite shy and stay just right under water but we did saw the whale spout which was still cool. And the guides tried their best to spot more whale for us. But hey it's mother nature. Anyhow whole experience itself was great!MMatthew J

CoupleVerified bookingMay 20264/5Well organised. Positivity of guides and boat operators. clearly ecologically motivated yet not rammed down our throats. Smaller size. Boat ride rougher than we expected.
Cruising Bruny Island’s wild coast
Set sail on a 3-hour wilderness cruise around Bruny Island, where towering cliffs rise dramatically from the Southern Ocean, and sea caves and rocky outcrops carve the coastline. Dolphins leap from the waves, while seals rest on sun-drenched rocks. Watch for seabirds and migrating whales, all framed by breathtaking views of landmarks like Fluted Cape and the majestic Breathing Rock blowhole. This is a front-row seat to Bruny’s rugged and untouched beauty.
Island tour and scenic lunch stop
In Adventure Bay, enjoy a freshly prepared lunch featuring local Tasmanian seafood—crisp fish and chips or comforting pumpkin soup paired with gourmet salad rolls. This scenic meal offers the perfect opportunity to relax before continuing your journey through Bruny's pristine beaches and wildlife-filled reserves. After lunch, your adventure continues with a bus tour of Bruny Island’s most iconic spots. Stop at The Neck Lookout for panoramic views of the island’s landscapes, including turquoise seas meeting lush greenery. Keep an eye out for the elusive white wallaby along the way.
