The zoo in Valencia completely captivated our family and was one of the highlights of our stay. The entire grounds are beautifully designed and give you the feeling of encountering the animals in their natural habitat. It’s particularly impressive that visible bars and fences have been largely eliminated. This makes the visit feel very natural and pleasant. The animals appeared healthy and well-cared-for. There is a wide variety of species, ranging from elephants and giraffes to lions, gorillas, and many other fascinating animals. The enclosures are spacious and provide the animals with plenty of room. The zoo is also excellent for children. The paths are wide and clean, so you can easily get around even with a stroller. There are plenty of shaded areas, places to sit, and options to buy food and drinks. The staff were friendly and helpful everywhere we went. We especially liked the relaxed atmosphere. Despite the large number of visitors, people were well spread out across the grounds, so it never felt crowded. You can take your time, watch the animals in peace, and enjoy the day. We would visit the zoo again anytime and can wholeheartedly recommend it to families, animal lovers, and all visitors to Valencia. It’s a truly exceptional zoo that impressively combines modern animal care, nature, and a wonderful visitor experience.

An absolutely unforgettable experience! Both the Bioparc and the Oceanogràfic completely exceeded our expectations. At the Bioparc, we loved the way the animals live in spaces that recreate their natural habitats. Seeing them move freely, instead of being in cages as is the case at many zoos, was truly special. We were able to observe their behavior, how different species coexist, and the relationship they have with their caretakers. Plus, the park is beautiful: the rocks, waterfalls, and all the vegetation create a spectacular setting. We were fascinated! The Oceanogràfic also made a huge impression on us. The dolphin show was thrilling and unforgettable. The manta rays and sharks were, without a doubt, the big stars for our family, although we also fell in love with the little ducklings that had just hatched. We wholeheartedly recommend it. It was, without a doubt, the best money we spent on our trip. Our kids had a blast… and so did we! We’d go back in a heartbeat.

Bioparc Valencia was a brilliant place for a day out. The staff were really helpful. Getting the tickets online through Headout was easy but the only times that were showing were at 6pm. This our last day in Valencia and we were flying in the evening so wouldn't be around at 6pm. The staff on the entrance sorted it out so that we could get in earlier, around noon in fact. The layout of Bioparc enables you to follow various routes through the different zones, although there is an app you can download by scanning a QR code on various signs around the site. One of the cafes is located next to the gyraffe enclosure. While grabbing a drink I noticed several birds landing on the railings next to some tables, leaving them within a hands breadth of some unaware visitors. The Madagascan zone allows you to get within feet of Ring-tailed Lemurs, and to even get to eye level with them to photograph them. We were at the park for about three and a half hours but could easily have spent a lot longer there. Well worth the visit.

Today I had the opportunity to visit the Oceanogràfic in Valencia, and it was a truly unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the beauty of the facilities and the wide variety of marine species that call Europe’s largest aquarium home. What impressed me most was walking through the underwater tunnel and seeing sharks, manta rays, and hundreds of fish swimming overhead. I also really enjoyed watching the dolphins, belugas, and penguins, as I was able to observe their behavior up close and appreciate the importance of protecting their habitats.

This is a fun place for children. They can see so many interesting things. I would suggest visiting this place in fall or spring because in summer it is almost impossible. The temperature is very high, so walking around is difficult. There are water sprays that help you a bit, so that you don't faint. The food is extremely expensive. We payed a hot dog almost 10€!!! The dolphin show is not worth the wait. I don't recommend it. We enjoyed the shark tank and tortoises. My son loves sharks!

It was an incredible experience. From the moment we entered the facility, the staff was very polite and attentive. Everything there is amazing—the wonders of the ocean are spectacular, and it makes you feel as if you were right in the sea. We went to all the day’s events, like the 4D movie and the dolphin show—it was wonderful and highly recommended… I’ll definitely be back with my daughters and my family a thousand times over.
