My experience at the Oceanogràfic in Valencia was truly fantastic, wonderful, and absolutely unique. I spent a day full of excitement, surrounded by incredible sea creatures and spectacular environments. I especially loved the dolphins—elegant, intelligent, and capable of spreading so much joy with their leaps. The jellyfish also enchanted me with their delicate movements and vibrant colors. I also really enjoyed the crabs and all the other animals there. Every corner offered something surprising to observe. It was an unforgettable, exciting, and special experience that I will always carry in my heart with great joy and deep gratitude.

The park is very well organized and easy to navigate. The only downside (through no fault of the park) is that we went during a very hot time in the summer, and the animals were all resting in the shade. I recommend visiting during cooler weather. Water dispensers are plentiful, which is a plus for the summer. This is my second visit to the Oceanogràfic, and each time it’s a truly unique experience—a well-organized and cool place. The dolphin shows are always scheduled at convenient times. Overall, a fantastic and satisfying experience.

I loved that the tour covered all of the touristy areas in a few hours and that you can hop on and hop off when you want to. I felt like it was a little bit pricey (that may just be because I ended up paying for 7 people) but it was just perfect for us since we had visitors only coming for one day and they wanted to see what Valencia had to offer. I appreciate that there are so many languages available and that they give you your own headphones and a map to follow along. Over all it was a really good experience.

The setting is very beautiful, with lots of plants and trees where you can often find some shade. The animals are amazing—there are only a few of each species, but I think that’s normal since the area isn’t huge. The only downside is that many of the restaurants were closed, and I don’t think it was just because it was August. I think it’s a place worth visiting—I’d say the best time to go is March or April.

It's amazing—there's so much to see at both the Oceanografic and the Bioparc. At the Oceanografic, I really enjoyed the dolphin show and how well-organized everything was; it was a shame there weren't any crocodiles (there were only eggs). At the Bioparc, everything was amazing—especially the elephants and giraffes—and I got to see the crocodiles there. 😅

There’s a wide variety of animals, and seeing the biomes they’ve created is incredible. It’s fantastic to see a little piece of Africa right here in Valencia, and the prices are reasonable since you can stay practically all day. There are also guided tours with explanations in several languages—highly recommended if you enjoy spending time with animals.
    • Enjoy timed entry to Bioparc Valencia and unlimited access to Valencia’s hop-on hop-off bus tour with this value combo.

    • Step into Bioparc’s dreamy African habitats where rhinos stomp, lions laze, and zebras strut, with no cages or barriers in sight.

    • Hop on and off at 17 stops, from historic landmarks to sandy beaches, with buses every 30–45 minutes for flexible city sightseeing.

    • Pick a 24-hour pass for a quick spin or a 48-hour pass if you’re in the mood to linger and soak up little corners of Valencia.

Great place to spend your day in, the animals have a lot of space to roam around in their enclosures. The area of bioparc is very well organised ☺️

I loved it—even though I’d originally planned to take my youngest son, I enjoyed it as if I were the little girl myself. Highly recommended!

Easy access into the park. Amazing to see many of the different animals. It's a shame feeding times were so late in the day. If we'd have known this we might have adjusted when we were attending so we could have seen the animals more animated. Many were asleep in corners so we couldn't see them like the lions etc. we did go in the height of summer though and it was very hot. My highlight was seeing the mother elephant playing and swimming with her babies. park was big and most of the animals had lots of space. Someone gave my son a really informative talk on monkeys and apes using their skulls and photos which he loved. It was quite upsetting to see the gorillas however. They looked so sad and fed up. A couple were resting near the glass to keep out of the sun and people were banging on the glass to get their attention and they would just stare. They seem too intelligent to be in captivity. Another downside was having to exit through the gift shop. It caused lots of tears and lead me caving into spending another €80 on 2 soft toys... overall I would recommend for a good day out.
