The frequency of the buses is really good, on the bus information via the earphones is entertaining and Informative, the dri ers are friendly and very helpful, always to answer any questions, they speak English and Spanish, so big plus. The river cruise is a must, also the stuff at the pier very helpful, the views from the boat are great, information from the P.A. on the boat and download the app, is like having your own personal guide. 100% percent recommend

Everything went great from the moment we booked until the very end! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Since we unfortunately don’t speak French or English, they immediately told us where and when we could get off, as well as where the boat would stop. It was a great experience; the tour was interesting, and the audio guide in Italian was well translated. The only thing I didn’t like was being asked to tip the driver, because the ticket I paid for—which wasn’t cheap—already included the driver’s salary.

The route is generally good, and the buses run frequently. The audio guides work well. The seats are comfortable, though not quite Pullman-class (fun fact: they’re identical to the old ones used by the EMT in Valencia). The biggest drawback is the limited operating hours; 5:30 p.m. is too early to end the tour.
