The Combo ticket for Beauvais Airport transfer plus Hop-On-Hop-Off Big Bus tour was perfect. I took the Metro from Saint-Denis University to the Champs-Elysées and strolled the straight line to The Louvre. The first Big Bus stop was tricky to find but the nearly-two-hour tour was so wonderful I ended up doing it three times! The modern electric buses are more comfortable than the older diesel ones, with better connectors for free headphone commentary in various languages, better WiFi and (downstairs) charging sockets.

Everything was perfect: welcome, friendliness, driving! The only hitch was the Trocadéro departure point. It says "à côté du musée de l'Homme" (next to the Musée de l'Homme) but, perhaps because of construction work, the pick-up point is opposite, on avenue du président Wilson. So we missed 3 buses! Fortunately, the 3rd driver made us understand to go the other way! Note that we were 2 slightly elderly women, unable to pick up the pace! Smiles. That said, the rest was perfect!

Overall we liked everything except the length of time the bus was stopped at each stop. It can't be between 5 / 10 minutes standing at each stop. Not all customers get off at each stop. The circuit is not so wide that it takes almost two hours to do it. In my opinion it should have a larger fleet to offer a better service and cadence of buses.

Easy to find bus location once at metro station. Maybe need to put in bold print that the bus is at the ST Denis University Metro Train Station! That would be helpful. Staff was very friendly, courteous, and efficient.
