I loved the ease of travel in a very busy city! It was especially busy this past weekend due to a marathon and there were many visitors to the city. The sites of Miami are very unique and beautiful and the recorded guide information on the bus was clear and informative. I learned so much about each neighborhood including the history, architecture and the culture of each place. I also appreciated that the guided information was in many languages for all visitors to enjoy. It was a wonderful experience!

I bought a 24 hour hop on/off ticket at 11am and saw a lot of Miami but the buses stop running a 5 oclock and left us stranded 45 minutes from our hotel

I liked that I got to see so much of the city but I didn't like waiting an hour for a bus to show up when I was told it was every 30 minutes.
