The lady at the entrance, who pointed out to the visitors with a tablet with the current pictures of the Livecam that the view is very very bad due to fog with the reference to rebooking. I think that's super fair 👍 We didn't use it, but I think that's tourist-oriented. Very open, very friendly person, actually all the staff on site in general. Super. The fact that I was down again after what felt like 5 minutes is a personal problem (claustrophobia and fear of heights just don't fit), but I can only rate it TOP.

Unfortunately, the weather was bad that day. But no problem, we could exchange the tickets without any problems. So the next day the weather was great for the TV tower and we were able to go up. It was wonderful and nostalgic. We were still children the last time we were up there so soon after reunification. But at that time I was afraid of the height. Not this time. I enjoyed my birthday to the full with my husband. Thank you

Very easy to book a slot time on line and the entrance process was very simple. All the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make your visit a good one. The lift to the top is an experience... make sure you loon up, thats all I'll say. The views from the tower are fantastic and on a sunny day they will be even better. Great value for money. The TV Tower is a must

The Berlin TV Tower was a phenominal experience. The 360 degree view really helps to understand Berlin. The process of getting in is very efficient and quick. All staff that I interacted with were extrememly polite and helpful. I would recommend to anyone visiting Berlin, that they should do this. Gordon, Idaho, US

We decided to book the lest slot of the evening. We headed up at 10pm and the views were to die for. The Christmas lights were twinkling and you could see for miles. The highlight of our weekend! My partner proposed to me too! so that was really special

Berlin is Berlin. If you don't get one, you get the other. If the weather is bad, you don't have to queue at the tower. You might not be able to fully enjoy the view, but you'll be visually compensated by architecture and technology in a nostalgic guise. I love it because it used to be like that and that was a long time ago ;-) But let's stick to it: we didn't have a good view on this day, but after the descent we had brilliant views thanks to the light show. What an event. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

To buy the ticket online, I have to download the app. It takes up a ton of storage space because it also tries to push various other things on you. This is a bad example of how to rip off customers without their consent. I strongly advise against buying the e-ticket.

A place steeped in history that closely resembles communist Romania. It was moving to see those objects that closely resembled communist objects in Romania.
