The visit was truly wonderful and the wait time was short. At first, I had a little trouble downloading the app because it asked me for my Gmail password when it was actually my Apple password. Once that was sorted out, everything went smoothly and quickly. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the Accademia Gallery.

The timed ticket was useful. Accademia have an excellent queuing system with different lanes for separate timed entry. Again, the audio guides on our phones did not work - but having learnt our lesson with the same issue at our Uffizi visit - we bought the Accademia audio guides before entering.

We loved the gallery; it's a spectacular work of art. And the great monument is indescribable. As for Headout, we bought our tickets online and arrived at the gallery half an hour early, so we were able to get in without any problems. The staff were super friendly, and the fact that you can download the guide directly to your phone without having to carry anything else around makes it easier and more accessible.

We booked tickets for Santa Croce at the last minute - about 30 minutes before walking in - while eating lunch in the area and knowing we had extra time to visit this church. So glad we visited! Beautiful, historic church featuring the graves of many famous Florentines. Plus, an important church for the city of Florence in an important civic neighborhood. Easy to purchase tickets, ready in time for our visit. Perfect last minute choice.

The entrance process was very smooth, there was a long line but it was right at opening and the line was for our time slot. The statue of David was amazing and the gift shop had a lot of options.
