Prises en charge à l'heure au point de rencontre, nous n'avons plus eu qu'à nous laisser guider. Les professionnels qui nous ont accompagnés tout au long de cette journée étaient disponibles, accueillants et très à l'écoute. Chaque étape était expliquée avec précision ce qui était très rassurant. Tout était très bien organisé. Je recommande vivement !

Le terme "géniale" n'est pas approprié pour ce genre de visite. Je dirai plutôt que l'organisation, la prise en charge et les explications ont été tout à fait correctes. Mais la visite commentée par une guide a été de très très bon niveau, tout en douceur, délicatesse, et attention respectant les moments où le groupe avait besoin d'un moment pour gérer ses émotions. Ses mots étaient justes et les informations précises. Seul reproche le lieu de rendez-vous "kiss and drop" à la poste n'est pas du tout identifié. Un panneau genre "point de rendez-vous" serait bien utile.

Travel to and from Auschwitz and Birkenau was easy and manageable. The tour guide was a lovely lady who was very well informed on Auschwitz and Birkenau. I learned a lot on this tour and it will not be a tour that I will ever forget.
