Attraction Transfers in Krakow

The guide (Mijael - Walker) was very friendly and enthusiastic in explaining everything in Auschwitz-Birkenau. Both Auschwitz and the salt mine are essential visits if you go to Krakow, it was great to be able to do them in one day. On the downside: initially the pick up for the tour was going to be at 7:45 but the day before we were told that we would be picked up 2 hours earlier than planned.

Both experiences perfectly organized down to the smallest detail. The mines a real treat. Auschwitz and Birkenau, a complex and touching experience that everyone should do. Both guides really good. Loved the shooting experience it was excellent. Felt the driver was very rushed and the whole experience we were only away for an hour and 20 minutes but did enjoy it

Overall very positive. The time was changed the evening before, however reading some of the other reviews I had anticipated this potentially happening and made adjustments to plans just in case. The change was 1 hour earlier, so not major. Pick up was on time and the journey smooth. The tour guide was fantastic, very knowledgeable and passionate. The tour of camp 2 felt a little more restrictive and I would have liked the option to explore more of it. The lunch provided was good and better than I was expecting.

Everything was perfect. We were picked up on time. I advise you to be there 15 minutes before as mentioned because we don't wait for latecomers which is normal. The guide on the bus was friendly but spoke far too fast in English. On site, our French-speaking guide was perfect. The timetable was respected, but the person accompanying the bus should speak more slowly.

Lara is just one of those rare people who leaves an impression that lasts long after the tour ends. as an american traveling in a foreign country and not speaking the native language, this tour made everything exceptionally easy and smooth. there were no moments of confusion or uncertainty, the guidance was clear, and we always knew exactly where to be and what was happening next. every step of the journey was thoughtfully laid out, removing any of the usual stresses that come with being in a new place. by the end of the day, i didn’t just feel like a tourist... i felt connected to the history, culture, and people in a way that left me fulfilled and grateful for the experience. this tour truly delivered a sense of ease and discovery appreciated by those who are naturally more anxious. i couldn't recommend it more.
