It appeared the ticket office had no record of my reservation and took him long time to resolve the situation. The website didn't mention there is additional charge for window seats

The tower did not spin 360. Due to technical problems. My table was away from buffet. My mother using wheelchairs. So difficult to walk to take the food.

i think kl tower needs a makeover. new set of carpets. the waiting areai was packed. the placing of the sofa at the waiting area was disorganized. the lady who works behind "mee soup" was unfriendly. friendly to the western person. i find that disturbing. the rest are alright.
