Getting started

Arrive at Dolphin Cay, located between The Cove and the fitness center, at least 20-mins before your scheduled session. Present your booking confirmation, valid ID, and completed waiver form. After check-in, you’ll receive your wristband and instructions before heading into your dolphin experience and exploring the resort.

Move freely between Aquaventure’s attractions and your scheduled Dolphin Cay session, where you’ll enjoy a guided, up-close encounter with these intelligent marine animals in a safe, shallow-water setting.

What’s not allowed

Personal cameras, phones, or electronic devices are not permitted during the dolphin interaction.

Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside Aquaventure.

Loose items may not be allowed on certain rides for safety reasons.

Some attractions may have height, weight, or health restrictions.

Accessibility

Certain areas of the resort are accessible, but some rides and experiences may have mobility limitations.

The dolphin interaction takes place in shallow water; participants should be comfortable standing in waist-deep water.

Guests should be prepared to walk between different areas of the large resort.

Assistance may be available on request; check with staff on arrival.

Open to all ages; children under 4 can join for free.

A paying adult must accompany guests under 13.

Guests aged 10–13 require either a participating adult or an observer pass.

The dolphin interaction includes a brief orientation followed by approximately 25–30 minutes in the water.

Wetsuits, lockers, and towels are provided for the dolphin experience.
