Important Information

Aquaduck Tour

• Aquaduck serves both as a bus and a boat. During the tour, it spends about 40 minutes cruising along the waterways and 20 minutes on the road.

• Check-in time is 20 minutes before departure. Failure to check in on time may result in your tickets being forfeit.

• Please note that you will need to make your own way to Skypoint. It is approx 5mins walk from the Aquaduck office.

• The skipper will offer children to take a turn at steering the Aquaduck and each child will receive a personalized Aquaduck Captains Certificate with their name as a souvenir.

• Infants under the age of 1 can ride for free.

• This experience is suitable for pregnant women.

• Pets are allowed on this tour.

• Dining voucher can be used either for breakfast or lunch.

• Note: There is no luggage/pram/stroller/wheelchair storage on the bus. -

• However, it can be stored at Aquaduck HQ for your tour.

Skypoint Observation Deck and Dining

• Smoking is not permitted on Levels 77 and 78. A designated smoking area is on ground level.

• The cut-off time for food orders before closing is 45 minutes, and for beverage orders, it is 30 minutes.

• This experience is restricted for guests with Acrophobia.
