The knowledge of the area was very insightful. Our family of 8 found it very interesting and kept it exciting. The children's highlight was getting the opportunity to drive the boat. It was amazing to see the scenery from a different prospective. The aqua duck itself was an amazing thing to experience! 10/10 would highly recommend.

My grandaughter really loved the Aquaduck experience. The staff were really fun and welcoming. My only regret is I accidently booked for 2 adults and 1 child. I telephoned straight away and they could ot refund the money as it was through a third partner.

Aquaduck captain Jesse was amazing with all junior captain's and very knowledgeable about Gold Coast history and attractions, Luke was very comical with loads of anticdotes to keep everyone entertained. Infinity was awesome, very impressive

Loved it Tracey was awesome what a great personality. The gentleman steering us both on road and water (sadly I don't remember his name ) was also really good he was wonderful with the children so patient and caring with them.

Take the “world’s first” amphibious Aquaduck Safari, which has been running since 1996. Whether you’re short on time or not, this tour shows you the best of the Gold Coast in a jiff. Your journey begins in the heart of Surfers Paradise on Cavill Avenue. You'll board the famous yellow 'Duck' vessel, an amphibious vehicle that's become a true Gold Coast icon. As you set off, you'll get to see the famous 'Surfers Paradise' sign - a great photo opportunity! Take in the breathtaking Pacific Ocean from your standpoint, while picking up facts about the Gold Coast you knew not of. You’ll also see the Southport Yacht Club, Palazzo Versace, and Marina Mirage before you head to the Broadwater.

Kids get to be Captain

The real excitement begins when you reach the Broadwater. Get ready for the famous "splash down" as our Aquaduck seamlessly transitions from land to water. Float about the shimmering waters of the Gold Coast as you enjoy this scenic cruise. Once you're on the water, all children on board will have the opportunity to take the wheel and drive the Aquaduck! The skipper will invite each child to have a turn if they wish. As a memento of their time as captain, each child who drives will receive a personalized Aquaduck Captain's Certificate. It's a great souvenir to take home and show off to friends and family.

The 5:45pm tour operates in low light conditions. To ensure everyone’s safety, children cannot captain the boat during the twilight trip.
