The atmosphere is relaxed and the service is excellent. However, they should improve the wait time for massages. I waited three hours in the room and still couldn't get my massage.

    The voucher included shower access yet it was not explained to the about the queuing system until too late meaning members of our party were unable to use the facilities, staff were rude.
