It was the best way for me to kill time before my connecting flight. The food was good and the drinks selection was great. I would have liked a bit more of a dessert selection, though. There was plenty of space, and you could really relax. Having a power outlet to charge my devices was essential for me. My only criticism, however, was the air conditioning. It was really too cold in some areas. I also thought the restrooms were excellent; they were a good size for changing. I will definitely recommend this lounge and will certainly use it again next time I have a long transit.

We had issues gaining access with the bookings we made, took 15 minutes to resolve. You're unlikely to get 3 hours access because you can't usually check in until 3 hours before and then need to get through immigration and security, maybe 2 maximum. The choice of alcohol isn't business or first class, no choice red or white wine on draft only JW Red Label whiskey. The food selection is good, seating comfortable. Overall it represents reasonable value.

From the time I was brought to the Lounge in the wheelchair till I left - the staff were lovely - helpful & kind . Great experience with lovely people & a quiet calm atmosphere to be in fir a much needed time to relax £ enjoy good service food & atmosphere. I would definitely consider booking this again in the future . A very pleasant experience &hsvexakready shared with several people about what a great experience it was . Well done !

Easy to book and use. We had five hours late at night so it was a perfect choice. The food was good, we found a peaceful comfortable seat. I had a shower which was clean and they provide towels and shower gel. When we were there I had a hour and a half wait for the shower which was fine for us. But be warned if you are limited for time. Staff were lovely and helpful. Would use it again

I've tried a few different airport lounges now and this is currently my favourite. The Royal Orchid Airport Lounge has the friendliest and most helpful staff. Food is plentiful and lounges are extremely comfortable. Amenities are top notch. I had to make use of the bathroom and also had a shower. It's like a 5 star hotel. I definitely felt refreshed and relaxed for the next leg of my trip.

The miracle lounge was a lovely place to spend a couple of hours waiting to for a flight. The staff were friendly an efficient the food was tasty but could of been a little warmer and the choices weee lovely.
