It was the first time I used a lounge and I loved it. The food and drinks were excellent and the service was great. I also loved the fact that you could use 'chambers' to take a nap in a comfortable chair. I just think the communication could have been better upon arrival, otherwise I would have given 5 ⭐️. I would have liked the complimentary massage but didn't know I had to ask for a number at the reception desk. By the time I knew it was too late. But a lovely lounge nevertheless.

My stay was really comfortable. 10/10 for the chef who prepared amazing meals. Only thing is required is more recliner to lie down for while. Thanks for the amazing services.

Disappointed with the food options. Dishes which claimed to have meat ie. Chicken/duck had little to no meat. No biscuits available with tea/coffee. Not enough comfort chairs to accommodate everyone. I wouldn't go back to this particular lounge. The choice of drinks is good.
