Airport Services in Kuala Lumpur

The service was good. When we arrived at the lounge it was quite crowded and there was less seating room / lounge wees then expected. When we asked a employee, he immediately helped us for the good seating and cleaned the table that was not in use.

We had an 8 hour layover so to be able to go somewhere to relax, have some food and drink was great. We felt that we could sit there as long as we needed to which was a great help.

Quiet space to relax between flights. Great staff and lovely food. Far better than the non first class option just next door and only slightly more expensive.

Not overcrowded, great staff and service. Quick access and a friendly welcome. Good facilities, but with only two male showers could be overwhelmed at busy times.
