It was a wonderful break away from all the incessant noises and lights in the rest of the airport. The food was great, the staff were delightful

Customer service was friendly and approachable. Very helpful. Lounge was clean and spacious. Balanced food selections. Highly recommend. Would definitely book the lounge again for long layovers.

the greeting at reception was very effecient and friendly. I was escorted to the shower room which impressed me. Spotlessly clean, large bath towels, excellent shower and toilet facility. Everything needed was provided, hair drier, toiletries,including toothbrush, paste and comb! The food and drink were good but I would have preferred more european choice. David McC.

I booked into the standard Lounge and then upgraded to First with a special deal they had running on the way. I had just done an overnight flight from LHR and still had two legs ahead of me to the end of my journey in Australia. The staff could not have been more helpful or hospitable, the food was great - and although walk to another lounge, the shower was lifesaving. Looking at booking in for my return to LHR. Highly recommend!

There is peace and serenity inside the lounge, there's privacy. The staff are kind and helpful especially the one who personally assisted me. She was looking like kabayan (pinay like me) I read on her nametag that she is the assistant manager. I appreciate the patience and immediate accommodation (The hospitality is so Filipino, proud to be one!).
