Airport Services in Bangkok

I've tried a few different airport lounges now and this is currently my favourite. The Royal Orchid Airport Lounge has the friendliest and most helpful staff. Food is plentiful and lounges are extremely comfortable. Amenities are top notch. I had to make use of the bathroom and also had a shower. It's like a 5 star hotel. I definitely felt refreshed and relaxed for the next leg of my trip.

We had issues gaining access with the bookings we made, took 15 minutes to resolve. You're unlikely to get 3 hours access because you can't usually check in until 3 hours before and then need to get through immigration and security, maybe 2 maximum. The choice of alcohol isn't business or first class, no choice red or white wine on draft only JW Red Label whiskey. The food selection is good, seating comfortable. Overall it represents reasonable value.

I was informed that the lounge opened at 05.00 but it opened at 05.30, as I had a 07.00 flight it did not give me enough time to relax and unwind.
