The monastery and its gardens are magnificent, not to mention the church. A must-see when visiting Lisbon. It is located near the Belem Tower.

We visited the monastery without having seen any pictures before entering. It was a revelation. The atmosphere, the peace there. It was one of the most beautiful places we visited

The central tank is a beating heart: sharks, rays and fish dance in silence as if time has decided to slow down to watch them better. A really quiet place,full with all sort of marine life! Really enchanting. Not too crowded, relaxing and beautifully detailed!
