This is truly the best way to experience the Statue of David and the other historical masterpieces of the gallery without the crowds. We arrived 15 minutes early to our meetup spot, quickly received directions from surrounding employees, and got in with little to no wait. Our group of 5 was able to get through security and begin viewing art within 10 minutes of arrival with no hassle whatsoever. Once in the gallery, it was busy but still very easy to get around and view each art piece in detail due to the smaller crowds. I would recommend this experience for large travel groups or anyone with concerns about timing or crowds!

On arrival at the pick up destination for collection of tickets there was no one identifiable as a Headout representative. I had to walk around asking people if they had our tickets. Your man was not wearing anything or holding up a sign that made our collection of tickets as easy as it should be. Once we did receive our tickets we went almost straight in and our time viewing David was generous. Please make sure your representatives are more prominent to customers in the future.

Headout was so easy to use! I was worried that because I didn't have a QR code before entering that the ticket wouldn't be accepted but don't worry! The staff at Accademia knew exactly what they were looking that, getting in was a breeze. BEAUTIFUL gallery too. I have a newfound appreciation for sculpture. Was definitely worth the money and the wait; even though the line might look long when trying to enter the gallery, it moves VERY quickly. Definitely using Headout again!

A little trouble initially finding door 3, as the directions in hedour app were a tad confusing, but once we found it, and had out tickets, everything else was very smooth and clear. The museum itself was fab

Everything went very smoothly and we didn't have to wait in line. The entrance was very well organized. We hadn't taken a guided tour or an audio guide, but the visit went very smoothly. It's crowded for sure, but you can still wander around easily, and access all the works without difficulty.
  • Your combo ticket gives you a special rate for both highly-frequented attractions. Featuring works from some of the greatest artists of all time and, as such, the collections being housed in this magnificent buildings gets quite a draw, especially during peak season, when the lines can get several hours long. Fortunately, you won't have to worry about that with your tickets. Timed entry ensures that only a certain number of people gain access to the attractions at any given time so you get to bypass the ticketing line and exchange your voucher for physical tickets at the counter for people with existing reservations. Though there may be a slight wait on hectic days, the line here is still dwarfed by the normal entry and ticketing line. Once you exchange your voucher for a physical ticket and get through the security check, all you have to do is walk straight in!
