This is truly the best way to experience the Statue of David and the other historical masterpieces of the gallery without the crowds. We arrived 15 minutes early to our meetup spot, quickly received directions from surrounding employees, and got in with little to no wait. Our group of 5 was able to get through security and begin viewing art within 10 minutes of arrival with no hassle whatsoever. Once in the gallery, it was busy but still very easy to get around and view each art piece in detail due to the smaller crowds. I would recommend this experience for large travel groups or anyone with concerns about timing or crowds!

We visited the Uffizi Gallery late in the afternoon so it wasn't very crowded. The exhibits there are exquisite, no doubt it is one of the world's greatest collections. People with reduced mobility should be made aware, they will need to request access by lift to the top floor, as there are several magnificent flights of stairs to get there! But once you do, it's amazing! Not only the artwork, the building itself is stunning, beautifully maintained and the views out over the city are also worth seeing! Fantastic value for money too.

The ticket exchange went fast and easily. The museum is huge, lots and lots to see, amazing really. I would not do the uffizi and the accademia in the same day, too much information, sensory overload. The one negative thig was that I paid for an audio guide, unfortunately they gave me an italian one and I realized the error too late, as the audio guide only has audio clips for the second floor exhibits and i was too deep in the museum to turn back and ask for an english one, soooo I recommend checking the language immediately.

This was our 3rd visit to Uffizi and our best. We went in the earliest time slot so it wasn't too busy. Also we loved the terrace on the 3rd floor and enjoyed cappuccinos with the lovely setting and view. I would not waste $$ on headphones - very limited and not too informative. Instead ask chatGPT to prepare an itinerary for you based on how long you plan to visit. Ciao!

I visited the Academia Gallery specifically to see Michelangelo’s David, which of course was spectacular. The Gallery was also filled with beautiful treasures, both paintings and sculpture, including a beautiful fresco fragment by Giotto. My favorite room of all was the Lorenzo Bartolini’s Plaster Casts Gallery, which felt like stepping into a Renaissance painting.

Booked dashed over the the shop to collect our tickets and were in in 15 mins. So fortunate. Great ppl working the doors with no language barriers.
  • Your combo ticket gives you a special rate for both highly-frequented attractions. Featuring works from some of the greatest artists of all time and, as such, the collections being housed in this magnificent buildings gets quite a draw, especially during peak season, when the lines can get several hours long. Fortunately, you won't have to worry about that with your tickets. Timed entry ensures that only a certain number of people gain access to the attractions at any given time so you get to bypass the ticketing line and exchange your voucher for physical tickets at the counter for people with existing reservations. Though there may be a slight wait on hectic days, the line here is still dwarfed by the normal entry and ticketing line. Once you exchange your voucher for a physical ticket and get through the security check, all you have to do is walk straight in!
