Arrive at the main entrance and scan your ticket for entry. Bag checks are conducted. No ID is required unless specified on your ticket.

Snow City is Singapore’s largest permanent indoor snow center, famous for real snow play in a sub-zero setting.

You cannot smoke, consume alcohol, or bring outside food and beverages anywhere in the park.

Personal cameras are not allowed in the Snow Chamber. On-site photographers are available.

Operating hours: Mon-Fri: 12pm to 6pm. On Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays, it is open from 11am to 6pm. Last admission is at 5pm on all days.

Facilities: changing rooms, shower cubicles, a separate kids' shower area, secure lockers, life jackets, baby water carriers, and cabanas for rent.

Adults must always supervise children.

Dress code: modest swimwear, shorts, t-shirts. All swimming attire should be free of zippers, rivets, buttons, or other hard objects.

Rides might close or change without notice. Weather, upkeep, or safety issues can disrupt things.

Babies should wear appropriate swimming diapers.

Slide Up (attraction) located at Wild Wild Wet will be closed for scheduled maintenance until further notice.
