The smart way to stay connected in New Zealand

A New Zealand eSIM is a digital SIM that sits inside your phone, so you avoid physical SIM cards, store visits, and airport kiosk queues. You simply add the eSIM to your device, then your chosen local data plan is ready to use across the country without relying on traditional roaming. Depending on your trip, you can pick a plan valid for 7, 15, or 30 consecutive days with 5GB, 10GB, or 20GB of high-speed data. The QR code and clear instructions you receive make it straightforward to download and activate before or just after you arrive.

Benefits, convenience & more

You stay online across New Zealand with a single plan that includes hotspot sharing on supported devices, so you can connect a laptop or travel companion when needed. Data usage is easy to monitor thanks to transparent tracking and plan management, which helps you pace your 5GB, 10GB, or 20GB allowance. If anything goes wrong, a 1-hour eSIM replacement policy keeps disruption short, and you can reach support via the mobile app. Local outgoing calls and SMS are available on the relevant option, adding extra flexibility during your stay.
