- The height requirement at each attraction varies.
- Floats are included in the price of admission.
- The access staff will give you a stamp that allows you to re-enter the park if needed. You have 15 minutes to re-enter. Otherwise, you will have to pay the ticket price again.
- You are allowed to bring in food except in containers made of glass and cans.
- Guide dogs are allowed.

Getting There
By Bus
- The closest bus stop is AR PRM-3C/terciario (Lidl) [Cullera]. It is a 1.5KM walk to the attraction.
- Board buses L1A,L2, and L3A to get you there.
By Car
- By AP-7 Highway. Exit 59: Take the exit towards Cullera. In Cullera, look for the roundabout towards Sueca (RENFE Station). At this roundabout look for Aquopolis.
