What’s not allowed

Alcoholic drinks, illegal substances, and any type of weapon are strictly prohibited.

Drones, remote-controlled devices, skateboards, scooters, and inline skates are not permitted inside the parks.

Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.

Inappropriate swimwear, or swimwear with buckles, rivets, zippers, exposed metal, or sharp objects, is not permitted at the water park.

Jeans and wetsuits are prohibited on several water park rides, including but not limited to Bay Slides, Humunga Kowabunga, Ketchakiddee Creek, and Storm Slides.

The parks are fully wheelchair accessible, with accessible entrances and facilities throughout.

Accessible and companion restrooms are available at multiple locations.

Strollers can be rented at the park entrance.
