Easy to purchase tickets, very clear instructions re where to find the wharf etc. Leisurely cruise, plenty of time to see all the lights.

The viewing deck was comfortable, best views while seated n not rushing with people wanting to take pictures.

It took time for my family and I to find out where the cruise located. We were offered a complimentary drink. We couldn't find a seat in higher floor due to they were occupied by people who checked in early. Overall my family and I have a good time.
