Mit dem Einchecken hat alles supergut geklappt und das Personal war sehr freundlich...... Der Guido war sehr nett und sehr kompetent. Er hatte ei gutes Fachwissen und konnte es such sehr gut rüberbringen auf eine sehr charmante Art. Er hat nicht nur wissenswertes erzaehlt sondern auch kleine Fi ge am Rand wie zum Beispiwl der Hinweis auf ein brütendes Bläshuhnpaar. Das hat das ganze unendlich sympathisch gemacht. Auf dem Schiff gab es sogar Filterkaffee, wofür duch entschuldigt worden ist. Dabei war es alles andere als schlimm sondern eine sehr positive Erfahrung. Wo bekommt man heute noch Filterkaffee. Dazu muss man sagen, meine Freundinnen und ich sind 60 plus. Der Filterkaffee war goldrichtig. Für den Wunderschönen Tag auf dem Schiff Franzisks können wir uns nur bedanken.....

Hello...I really liked it!!! At first I had problems buying a ticket because I don't speak English, I'm from Latvia, but I managed to get a ticket. It was a great adventure, like going to the plane through security control....When I got up, it was already dark outside and there was a beautiful view of the illuminated city

Die Fahrt war sehr schön. Vor allem die persönliche Erklärung war sehr gut. Von anderen Reedereien kenne ich Erklärungen via Bandansage. Mit einem echten Menschen und so sympathisch, das war sehr angenehm. Es war sehr windig und kühl, daher wurde die Verglasung zugemacht. Dadurch war die Fahrt angenehmer.

Charlie our guide was a pleasure to listen to, he spoke in German & English and was very humourous and explained in detail about all the building's and history of Germany along the way. Would highly recommend this trip. It was a lovely and warm and relaxing trip.😊

An der Schifffahrt hat mir die Stadtbilderklärung am besten gefallen. Der Stadtbilderklärer hatte eine sehr angenehme Stimme, hat viele mir noch unbekannte Informationen vermittelt und alles mit einer Prise Humor gewürzt.

The boat ride was very informative and the tour guide was very helpful and was very charismatic. We managed to get a brief overview of Berlin and could orientate ourselves a bit more easily, knoeing where everything was.

Die Leute an Bord waren nett, man hat durch die Audioguides viel erfahren. Die Scheiben waren gut, weil es leicht geregnet hat, aber sie waren generell auch sehr milchig, wodurch man nicht viel gesehen hat, das war sehr schade. Vielleicht könnte man sie sauber machen oder durch ein besseres Glas austauschen. Ansonsten top.

What's not allowed:

Large bags, tripods, prams, pets, and extensive luggage are not allowed inside, but a free cloakroom is available just after the security check to store any oversized items.

Accessibility:

The tower is not wheelchair accessible due to its 1960s design and strict fire regulations.

Additional information:

All guests, regardless of ticket type, must pass through a metal detector and security screening upon entry.

Visit the Berlin TV Tower right at opening (9am to 10am), or during the final hour before closing (10pm to 11pm) for fewer crowds and unbeatable city views in soft, golden light.

Children under the age of 4 can enter the Berlin TV Tower for free, as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian with a valid ticket.
