    Berlin ist Berlin. Kriegst du das Eine nicht, bekommst du das Andere. Hast du schlechtes Wetter, musst du am Turm nicht anstehen. Kannst die Aussicht dann vielleicht auch nicht voll genießen, wirst aber visuell entschädigt durch Architektur und Technik in nostalgischem Gewand. Ick liebe es, weil es früher auch so war und das ist eine Menge her ;-) Doch bleiben wir dabei: wir hatten an diesem unserem Tage zwar keine gute Aussicht, doch nach dem Abstieg dafür geniale Ansichten, Dank der Lichtetshow. Was für ein Event. Danke. Danke. Danke.

    Die unkomplizierte Abwicklung bis zum Eintritt ins Restaurant. Und die Freundlichkeit,sowie Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter. Noch im letzten Jahr wurde ich von einer sehr älteren Mitarbeiterin rüde zurechtgewiesen. Im Restaurant sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, die sich sehr um ihre Gäste kümmern. Danke dafür!! Ich kenne noch weitaus andere Zeiten dort oben! Speisen,Getränke prima, etwas sehr scharf gewürzt,aber sonst gut. Ich komme gerne wieder mit meinen jungen Leuten,um Ihnen Berlin zu Füßen zu legen. Today 12 September!!Customer service is a 5 star in the restaurant!! the fastest elevator both ascending and descending .. the view is ecstatic !!     Die Citycard hat mir insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Besonders praktisch fand ich, dass die Nutzung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel bereits unkompliziert inkludiert ist – das macht die Fortbewegung in der Stadt wirklich stressfrei. Auch die Vergünstigungen bei verschiedenen Attraktionen sind ein Pluspunkt, man spart sich dadurch doch einiges. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre, die Karte noch digitaler aufzubauen: Statt nur ein PDF mit den Infos zu erhalten, wäre eine interaktive Online-Übersicht oder App super, in der man direkt sehen kann, welche Leistungen enthalten sind. Besonders hilfreich fände ich auch eine Funktion, bei der man abhaken kann, was man schon besucht oder genutzt hat – so hätte man immer einen guten Überblick über den eigenen Aufenthalt.

    Das U-bahnfahren war dadurch völlig unkompliziert. Schade, dass nicht alle Unternehmen mitmachen z B Neues Museum. Haben leider ihr eigenes System.

    Es el mejor tour bus de Berlin. Si quieres conocer la ciudad y sobretodo tienes pocos dias para hacerlo con este bus turístico ves prácticamente todo y pasa por todos los sitios importantes. Buena frecuencia, personal muy amable... es la tercera vez que voy a Berlín y esta ha sido mi segunda experiencia con este tour bus porque me encantó la primera y quería repetir
