Tour duration: The tour lasts approximately 8 to 10 hours, depending on the option selected.

Tour suitability: The tour is suitable for adults and children, with reduced prices for children aged 2 to 11 years.

Itinerary changes: The visit schedule may be reversed on the day for operational or specific reasons.

No shopping stops: The tour does not include commercial or shopping stops during the itinerary.

Pickup areas: Pickup is available in Lanzarote tourist areas including Playa Blanca, Puerto del Carmen, Costa Teguise, Airport, Arrecife, and Playa Honda.

Pickup timing: Pickup usually takes place between 7:50 am and 8:40 am, depending on your area.

Exact pickup details: The provider will confirm your exact pickup point and time by WhatsApp the day before, around 3pm.

Pickup point note: Your accommodation address may differ from the confirmed pickup point, so check the message carefully.

Airport and port pickups: Airport and Playa Blanca port pickups are on request and only if you arrive before departure time.

Entry tickets: Some options include Timanfaya and cave tickets, and some require you to buy them on the bus on the day.

Cave visits: If your option does not include both caves, you will have free time or can pay about €17 extra to visit the second cave.

Timanfaya fee on bus: If not included in your ticket, Timanfaya entry is a mandatory payment made on the bus at a discounted price.
