- Large bags, outside food, and drinks are prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- Guests with back or neck issues, heart conditions, epilepsy, or who are pregnant cannot participate in the 5D Flight Experience.

- Pets are not allowed inside the museum.
- Photography is allowed, but flash photography is strictly prohibited.
- Only handbags up to A4 size are permitted inside. Larger bags, umbrellas, and similar items must be left in the cloakroom.

THIS IS HOLLAND
- Children between 100 and 130 cm in height, or aged 5 to 12, must be accompanied by an adult who sits next to them during the flight.
- For safety, the experience is not permitted for guests under 4 years of age or under 1 meter (3.28 ft) tall.
- Pre-shows are presented in Dutch with English subtitles.
Rijksmuseum
- Tickets allow entry up to 15 minutes after the scheduled time. You may remain inside until closing.
- Cash payments are not accepted at the museum’s cafes and shops.
- Guests unable to navigate the museum independently may bring one companion for free. A companion ticket can be collected at the entrance.
- Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time slot and cannot be rescheduled.
