We had such an amazing time at Ski Dubai! The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and all the necessary gear was provided; the staff as well were very friendly and helpful. We had so much fun from start to finish, and the entire experience was truly memorable. Definitely worth visiting, and I would highly recommend it!

It was a nice experience and we didn't have to wait in the queue for long ,although we faced a little challenge due to the fact that ,the lady at the counter had to verified the tickets purchased with a supervisor first which delayed us a little.Overall,the experience was great.

Amazing place. It was unbelievable visiting a snow park complete with ski lift and all winter sports in the middle if the Arabian desert. My daughter simply loved it. Great place to spend a day with family. Absolutely recommend it.

Grate experiences, very smooth entry with guides the view was too beautiful and the tickets on headout is cheaper than the original website so i have booked from this app. Overall it was a grate experience. Thanks Headout.

It was a fantastic view from the top. Tickets and the delivery was very fast. Only thing late evening tickets need to be correctly informed before closing for the reservation or booking. As i have faced the issue

We visited The View at The Palm and booked through Headout, which worked out well: we got 10% off, and the tickets allowed entry at any time on the day, so it was easy to fit the visit into our schedule. Prime and non-prime hour tickets are priced differently, but booking directly on The View at The Palm website only offers hourly slots, which means planning your whole day around a fixed time and no walk-ins. The experience itself is a good one and worth doing once, though once is enough. We chose the Glass View visit over the Open to Sky option, since I’m not big on taking pictures and care more about the experience, which I felt would be much the same with or without the glass barrier.

The Ultimate Indoor Winter Experience in Dubai

Your Ski Dubai Snow Classic Pass gives you access to Snow Park activities. Build a snowman in the Ice Cave, ride the Chairlift, or take the Mountain Thriller for a thrilling ride through the snow. You can also enjoy unlimited access to the tubing and toboggan runs and Snow Bumpers, giving you plenty of ways to play in the snow.

Palm Tower and The View at The Palm

Palm Tower is a 52-storey development that houses The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm, 432 residential apartments, and an infinity pool. Head to The View at The Palm on Level 52, 240 metres above ground, for 360° views of Palm Jumeirah, the Arabian Gulf, and Dubai’s skyline. You can also step onto The Ledge, where eight glass platforms extend 1.5 metres beyond the viewing deck, for a different perspective of the island.

Please note that the Zorb Ball (Giant Ball) ride and the Mountain Thriller are not recommended for senior citizens, pregnant women, or those with back and neck problems.

All appropriate winterwear required is available for free within the park.

Caps are not included in the winter attire provided so please bring your own should you be particularly sensitive to cold weather.
