The most amazing part is that nothing really prepares you for what you’re about to experience. The less you know before your visit, the better. Every room surprises you in a completely different way, encouraging you to slow down, disconnect from the outside world, and fully immerse yourself in the experience. You don’t simply observe the artwork—you become part of it. The combination of light, sound, movement, and space creates something truly unique that photos and videos simply cannot capture. A special mention goes to the staff. Every member of the team was warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to help, making the experience feel even more welcoming and seamless. This is one of those rare places you’ll want to experience again. It’s equally fascinating for adults and children, with everyone discovering something different while leaving equally inspired. We’ve visited many museums and immersive attractions around the world, but teamLab Phenomena stands in a league of its own. If you’re visiting Abu Dhabi, don’t miss it. Going to the park, it was a very smooth day because queue and directions/ instructions are being mentioned before hand. Staffs are very friendly and we really enjoyed our time there cause we get to interact with butterflies. On the other hand, going into the National Aquarium, we get to see the amazing creatures from marine life. It was out of this world to be honest.

No cages, so they land on leaves, flowers, and sometimes even on you Perfect escape from Abu Dhabi heat, and the garden setup with flowers + waterfalls makes it feel peaceful. It’s the largest aquarium in the Middle East. The main tank with sharks, rays, and giant groupers swimming overhead is unreal. -You feel like you’re under the ocean. Kids and adults both stop and just watch Together they work great: butterflies in the evening for the calm, garden vibe, then the aquarium for the wow factor.

Louvre Abu Dhabi What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.

The galleries are set at a relatively cool temperature to protect the installations. You might want to consider carrying a stole/scarf, especially for kids.

It is recommended to carry swimming clothes and a towel for the kayak tour.

What’s not allowed

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the museum or Butterfly Garden for security reasons. You can deposit your belongings in the cloakroom provided at the museum.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the premises.

Food and water are strictly prohibited inside the galleries.

Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited within the domes and all indoor areas.

Flash photography is not allowed in some areas with sensitive exhibits; tripods are not permitted inside the domes.

Do not touch or disturb the butterflies, animals, or exhibits.

Children under 6 years old are restricted from taking part in the kayaking tour.

The kayak tour is not suitable for children under 6, people with mobility impairments, and pregnant women.
