We booked the cruise for July 9th in the morning. The crew was just amazing and so so so funny. The captain shocked everyone speaking so many languages and the other crew members were really kind and funny. The lady who was managing the queue was really nice, kind and funny. They made sure everyone were okay and safe. They had no problems explaining everything we wanted to know and when we left tips they made us ring a bell and it was really funny. This crew was perfect and there's nothing i would change or regret.

Le puntuó con 4 estrellas, porque en general la experiencia ha estado muy bien, catamarán muy limpio y cuidado,ver a las ballenas y delfines fue espectacular, solo pongo una pega que para mi hijo y para mí fue un momento muy desagradable, que fue, que uno de los tripulantes fue un impertinente, al preguntarnos de donde éramos y al decirle mi hijo que era de Bilbao,empeso a decire que no lo era porque nosotros sus padres somos de origen latino y empezó a meter en la conversación temas políticos, a decir verdad nos sentimos atacados por un tripulantes que lo único que tenia que hacer es dar el servicio contratado, reserva la hice para el día 27 de junio, por lo demás el resto de personal muy bien y muy amables

La experiencia no estuvo mal aunque de los 4 avistamientos que hemos hecho en distintos sitios ha sido la peor , tuvimos un día de mar un poco revuelto pero pudimos ver algunos calderones. Lo que no me gustó es que en todo momento se refiriesen a los calderones como ballenas cuando en realidad son un tipo de delfín...lo cual hace que todo el mundo en sus reseñas dice que ha visto ballenas cuando en realidad es mentira.

Make your way to Puerto Colón in Costa Adeje, following the meeting point details on your final voucher. Once at the harbor, the crew will check your booking and invite you on board your chosen vessel, either a catamaran with wide decks or a smaller sailboat. After a short safety briefing and orientation, find a comfortable place to sit, stow your belongings, and get ready to leave the marina for open water.

What to expect

As you cruise out along Tenerife’s southwest coastline, you’ll head towards the Teno-Rasca protected marine strip, a stretch of ocean known for its resident pods of pilot whales and bottlenose dolphins. The crew will point out movement on the surface, explain what species you’re likely to see in season, and share simple facts about their behavior and habitat.

What to bring

A valid photo ID that matches the name on your booking.

Pack a swimsuit, towel, and reef-safe sunscreen if you plan to swim or snorkel.

Accessibility

This experience is generally not suitable for guests in wheelchairs or with significant mobility limitations, as boarding often involves steps and moving between uneven surfaces.

Guests with reduced mobility should contact us or the operator in advance to confirm whether boarding and seating arrangements will work for them.

What’s not allowed

Outside food and drinks are usually not permitted on board, as snacks or lunch and drinks are already included.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed on the vessel.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals where local regulations allow.

Large suitcases, bulky luggage, and oversized bags cannot be taken on the cruise due to limited storage space on board.

For safety reasons, visibly intoxicated guests may be refused boarding without a refund.

Additional information

Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15–20 minutes before your scheduled departure time to allow for check-in and boarding. Late arrivals may not be able to join the cruise.

Children must be supervised by an accompanying adult throughout the experience. Infants may be asked to sit on an adult’s lap while the boat is moving.

The cruise typically operates in a range of weather conditions. In the case of rough seas or severe weather, the operator may alter the route, reschedule, or cancel the trip; you will be informed of your options if this happens.

Sightings of whales and dolphins are very common in this area but can never be fully guaranteed, as the animals are wild and free-ranging.

Basic snorkeling equipment, if offered, is shared and subject to availability; you can bring your own mask and snorkel if you prefer.

If you are prone to motion sickness, consider taking appropriate medication or remedies before boarding and follow your doctor’s advice.
