El mirador es increíble divino, súper rápido de entrar las entradas fueron recibidas sin problemas, no nos demoraron nada de nada. Super rápido el ingreso . Nos quedamos el tiempo que quisimos!!! Solo mostramos el qr y pasamos directamente!!! El lugar impecable! Las vistas maravillosas, había mucha gente pero es lo esperable ! No había amontonamiento! Súper seguro! La aplicación funcionó sin problemas como siempre!!! Ya la hemos usado en varios países y siempre nos ha funcionado muy bien! Súper recomendable! Tanto el mirador como la aplicación! La experiencia fue increíble, primero por la atención al cliente que fue claro y precisó, también nos recomendaron alternativas para poder disfrutando nuestra estancia en New York, la diversión fue de principio a fin, desde el ascensor, ese juego de luces y lo rápido que llego fue un wow, cuando se abrieron las puertas y ver cada puesta en escena de luces, espejos y la toma panorámica de la ciudad de Nueva York todo un 10/10 sin duda lo volvería a repetir y recomendar a mis amigos y familiares. Y los cócteles estuvieron excelente y el personal es muy amable desde la entrada hasta la salida de esa hermosa experiencia. Sin duda un plan que si o si deberías hacer. Gracias chicos Jhon y Alex.

It was my first time in NY and the Observatory was the coolest thing I saw. When you walk in it had a futuristic look to the interior and after going through security you went into the elevator that had a cool transition on the screens as we got to the top floor extremely fast. Then the view from the top floor was indescribable leaving my friends and I speechless. You were able to walk around freely and spend as long as you want taking it in which was amazing to get pictures with friends and of the views. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit NY!

I visited with my mom and grandmother, and it was their very first time experiencing a city full of skyscrapers. I wanted their first experience to be truly special, and honestly, it couldn’t have been any better! The modern architecture, the stunning entrance, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. I’ll never forget the looks of amazement and excitement on their faces. Seeing them enjoy that moment was, without a doubt, the most special part of the entire visit. A memory I’ll treasure forever!

Un servicio súper rápido, el personal totalmente amable y dispuesto, estábamos perdidos y le preguntamos a alguien en la calle por dirección para nuestra sorpresa era empleada del lugar así q tomo su tiempo y nos llevó directamente a las puertas y no estaba en su horario laboral lo hizo en su tiempo libre, la vista aunq estaba nublado fue una experiencia muy bonita, pues la parte interactiva de luces antes de llegar a la plataforma es increible de bonito y divertido.
