What to bring

• ID or passport: Carry a valid photo ID or passport that matches the name on your booking.

• Driving license: Bring a valid Class B car driving license if you plan to operate the snowmobile; passengers do not need one.

• Warm clothing: Dress in warm, layered clothing suitable for true Arctic winter conditions.

• Footwear: Wear sturdy, waterproof, insulated winter boots for walking on snow and ice.

What’s not allowed

• Pets and mobility aids: Do not bring pets, baby strollers, or mobility scooters as they are not suitable for snowy Arctic terrain.

• Large luggage: Do not bring large suitcases, bulky bags, or oversized luggage on this experience.

• Intoxication: Do not consume alcohol or drugs, and do not join the tour if you are intoxicated at any point.

• Smoking: Do not smoke anywhere during the experience, including during meal or barbecue breaks.

• Disturbances: Do not use fireworks or cause loud disturbances in the quiet wilderness.

• Littering: Do not leave any trash behind; help keep Lapland's nature clean.

Accessibility

• Wheelchair: This experience is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Additional information

• Arrival time: Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure so you have enough time to change into gear and prepare.

• Damage liability: In case of damage, the driver is liable for repair costs up to a fixed excess amount per person and per snowmobile.

• Passenger requirements: Guests aged 15 and above who are at least 140 centimeters tall may ride as snowmobile passengers while kids under 15 will ride in a sled pulled by the guide.

• Adult supervision: All participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
