Bask in the Charm of the Portuguese Evening Sun
Start your experience from the Ponte 25 de Abril, which also serves as the culmination of the cruise. This popular suspension bridge resembles the Golden Gate Bridge with striking lights decorating it in the evening. The glorious sight of this bridge is perfect to set your mood for the journey ahead. Sip on the refreshing welcome drink as you sail along. Don’t forget to click lots of beautiful pictures of the sun, attractions changing lights and appearance, and of course, yourself.
Prominent Sights on the Cruise
Proceed past the MAAT, a spectacular site of this museum changing with the time of the day is something you should not miss out on. The structure is specially built to ensure the tiles reflect the time of the day perfectly transforming to suit the environment. You can look at the MAAT after 40 minutes from the time the sail begins. Halfway into the cruise, check out the Belém Tower which is a perfect site to stare at for hours. Other sights include the imposing Padrão dos Descobrimentos monument that celebrates the 15th and 16th-century explorers, the historical Belem Lighthouse, and the striking Sanctuary of Christ the King monument that overlooks the city.
