The staff was very friendly. Before boarding they take your pic so at the end of the tour you can purchase them. The tour was great. The best part was sailing UNDER the Golden Gate Bridge. We got up close to Alcatraz and circled it. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and seemed to really enjoy his job. I'd definitely recommend this harbor cruise.
