We were Lucky that despite not consciously timing our arrival at the pick up o point we had a very short wait before boarding which was nicely organized, the vessel seemed clean and comfy and had every amenity needed such refreshments and toilet facilities, for the rival beating price the all day " hop on hop off" also included a live commentary of highlights along the trip delivered in a humorous manner which we and other passengers clearly appreciated . Very recommended.

Really enjoyed our river cruise. Nice journey. Saw some interesting sights. Lovely staff on board with a really good guide who gave a humorous commentary during journey. Excellent value for money.

London Eye bellissimo, col fast track saliti in un attimo! Pass fluviale molto bello anche quello ma dal molo che ci siamo imbarcati(quello fronte Cutty Sark per intendere) segnalato malissimo essendoci più compagnie che attraccano lì, difatti siamo finiti su un'altro battello e preso 75 sterline di multa. Da rivedere.

On a day visit to London my wife and I wanted to go on the Eye and take a cruise on the Thames. Headout gave us the option of buying the combined tickets at a good discounted price. It made our day, the London Eye is great, but what made our day was the river trip. The jetty was right next to the Eye. The boat was fine, with cafe snacks and drinks and toilets. Also instead of in the ear pre recorder commentary, on our trip the captain did a live commentary. He was very knowledge, interesting and very entertaining. You can get on and off if you wish and continue on a latter boat or stay on as we did for the round trip. Strongly recommend.

I enjoyed the fact that it was clean, spacious and warm, givwn the fact that it was a rainy day. There was food and drink being sold onboard. I loved that you could go to the top. The crew were very friendly and the guy who was telling us about the tour was so funny. The boat was right on time. It was really amazing to go on the cruise, my children enjoyed a lot

Took my 2 young children they really enjoyed the boat and seeing the sights,staff did a good job,very helpful and pleasant.my children also really appreciated the table with activities for them such as colouring and building bricks which kept them entertained on the return journey.Was also really good value👍
