- Buggy and pushchairs are also not permitted on this experience, however there is a free buggy park at the venue.
- Photography is strictly prohibited at the venue.

Shrek’s Adventure!
- Available facilities: restroom and baby-changing room.
- The recommended minimum age is 6. Guests under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
- The 4D magic bus isn’t suitable for guests with epilepsy, motion sickness, heart conditions, pacemakers, asthma, or other chronic illnesses.
SEA LIFE London
- Guests under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
- For safety reasons, guests under the age of 6 years are not allowed on the VR experience.
- The virtual reality experience is operated on a first-come, first-served basis, with a possible wait at popular times.
- The penguin habitat is currently undergoing a planned refurbishment and will be back very soon.
- Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
- Please display the same at each ticket redemption point along with a valid photo ID.
