The Trevi Fountain is fabulous. No time on the tour to access the area right next to the fountain for 2 euros, so we went back again the next day. Mary was a lovely, knowledgeable tour guide. Definitely recommend this tour to explore Rome.

I had a great tour with Sharon! She is very knowledgeable about the history of the sites we stopped at, was able to answer all of our questions, and even gave us tips as local. The basilica was beautiful and free. The museum is very small but enjoyable. However, the church was the highlight. Staff is very disorganized. It took gurecer to get/return audio headsets.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID or passport matching the name on your booking if requested at the entrance of the basilica.

Dress respectfully for a religious site: shoulders and knees should be covered. Short skirts, sleeveless tops, and see-through clothing are not allowed.

You may bring a camera, but only non-flash photography is permitted.

What’s not allowed

Large bags, suitcases, or oversized luggage cannot be brought inside the basilica or its restricted areas.

Food and drinks, including water, are prohibited inside the sacred areas.

Flash photography, tripods, and video recording equipment are not permitted.

Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.

Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are strictly forbidden on the premises.

Entry through the Holy Door is not included.

Accessibility

Some areas include stairs and narrow passageways.

The walking tour portion is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.

The walking tour is also not recommended for individuals with walking difficulties, heart conditions, claustrophobia, dizziness, certain disabilities, anxiety disorders, or for pregnant visitors.
