Next, travel to Mondsee or Moon Lake, made famous for being featured in "The Sound of Music" and the James Bond novel Thunderball. Look out for the rock face called Drachenwand (or Dragon Wall), a favorite among rock climbing enthusiasts.

Important Information

Please note that during the winter season (from November until April) the tour spends additional time in Salzburg instead of visiting St. Wolfgang. In December, a visit to the Christkindlmarket is also included in the itinerary.

It is recommended that you wear comfortable shoes as this experience involves a fair amount of walking.
