I thouroughly enjoyed the Britannia guide displaying the Royal Yatch back through time. The tour was well planned and very informative with appropriately placed numbers that guided me through the ship. The handset was easy to operate and easy to hear at the various stations along the way. The entire tour was very well done. If I had to come up with one complaint I guess it would be the lenght of the tour. I would combine stations #26,27 and maybe another couple inside the ship dressing areas. My most surprising delight was the food in the "Tea Room". My glass of wine and cauliflower soup was absolutly outstanding! Thank you, very enjoyable.

The visit to Britannia was incredible. The staff were impeccable in their individual responsibilities, while being warm and inviting. The tour was created with respect yet highly detailed. Having tea in the tea restaurant was a delicious treat. I was ambivalent about taking this tour. Now I wouldn't miss it for anything. Make sure you do it😊🇬🇧

We were traveling from the is. Did the arrangements on line three couples. Everything went smoothly. Staff lovely and very friendly. Ship was fascinating. All in B all a wonderful informative time.

Right from the moment of having our tickets checked all the way through to departing the gift shop this was an awesome visit . All the staff were brilliant , the displays a combination of facts and nostalgia and this before we got on board ! A well designed system for getting around with the easy to use hand held audio guide . So very interesting and a lovely tea room as well !

The Royal Yacht Britannia

Your self-guided tour takes you from the glittering opulence of the State Dining Room, where celebrities and heads of state were once entertained, to the functional living conditions of the royal crew. The atmosphere is preserved exactly as it was when the ship was in service, offering a "frozen in time" quality that brings the 1,000,000 nautical miles of its history to life.

The State Apartments: Wander through the Sun Lounge, the Royal Bedrooms, and the State Dining Room. These spaces were designed to feel like a country home at sea, featuring elegant furnishings and personal items belonging to the Royal Family.
